How to delete your account

1. In the app: open your profile and tap Delete account.
2. Here: fill in the form with the mobile number you sign in with. You don't need the app installed.
3. By email: info@rishismotcentre.co.uk

What is deleted

• Your app account and sign-in, so you are signed out on every device.
• Your name, email, address, saved vehicles and marketing preferences.
• Reminders and offers stop.

What we have to keep

Bookings, invoices and payment records are kept for up to 6 years because tax and consumer law require it, then deleted. They are not used for anything else.

We complete requests within 30 days. Requests made here may be checked with you first, so nobody else can delete your account. See our App Privacy Policy for more.
